We truly believe that food can maneuver culture, stories, and knowledge in a democratic way, probably more than any other art form. In a post-pandemic world, we want to bring togetherness back to the table, stronger than ever via moments meant to be shared by the Amsterdam community, focusing on giving a voice to identities and communities, and contributing to a more sustainable society.

That's why we designed In Wonderland, a series of creative cooking workshops in collaboration with emerging chefs who play with innovative techniques, draw inspiration from seasonality and imagination, and infuse the food they make with personal stories. When taking part in our workshops, you can expect to discover something magical about different world cuisines, treat unexpected ingredients, and learn a new set of cooking skills that will impress your dinner guests.
